DC 21 is a high-level door control card developed for elevator automatic doors. It works with a specially designed power supply. It offers a high sailing comfort and safety even on large doors.

Developed for 24 / 36V – 170 W DC gearmotors.

The door card can be used on doors with a maximum weight of 500 kg.

With its Door Recognition feature, it easily adapts to doors in different sizes, motors and systems.

Parameters that provide application flexibility such as motor reduction ratio, motor speed, drive pulley circumference, spoon opening zone can be entered for manufacturers.

The motor encoder should have two channels, incremental, 5V supply voltage, at least 100 Pulse / 1Turn resolution.

With its advanced control algorithm, it offers a sensitive comfort at high speed and cruising ramps.

There is no need to use limit switches.

In case of power failure, automatic opening is performed on the floor with an external DC24V power supply or 2 12V batteries.

With the on-floor signal, it is ensured that the doors are kept closed up to the floor level in battery-powered bringing systems.

When the door is jammed, it is opened with an audible warning. Passengers and door are prevented from being damaged by slowly passing through the area where jamming is detected.

The Door Control Board is suitable for use in fire elevator doors.

Photocell, Full Floor entrances are available.

It has contact outputs to inform the control panel in Fully Open, Fully Closed and Reversing situations.

Keypad and LCD Screen are located on the board as standard in order to change the operating parameters.

Door open / close holding and door jam detection pressures can be adjusted according to need.

The operation of the door can be monitored with the Open / Close counter.

Turkish and English language options are available.
